Sivheng is a key supporting figure and a founder of the Cambodian-American Community of Oregon. Since 1997 she has being working at the Asian Family Center for the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization as a parent educator. Sivheng’s welcoming smile and cheerful attitude are a reflection of her commitment to the community.
